Welcome to Auctionfabric.com. The following are the basic rules for you to register an account and to place a bid on one of our auctions.
Important: Your bid is a contract. Only place a bid if you are serious and
willing to purchase the item for the amount of your bid. If you are the winning bidder, you are entered into a legally binding contract to
purchase the item from the Auction owner.
You may
browse the auctions at any time without registering, but to place a bid
you must first register. There is a link at the top of each auction page
to register as a bidder.

You must be “Logged In” and be a registered user to place a bid. After clicking on the auction page you will see at the top of the auction page a link to “Log In”. If you are already a registered user it will prompt you for your user name and password. If you have not registered it will prompt you to do so at that time. You “Must” be a registered user to place a bid on an auction.

After you have “Logged In” you will need to click on “Auction Home” in the left hand column. This will take you to the auctions.

You will now see the list of current auctions now running.
Simply navigate to the auction you want to bid on via the category
listings or using the search features, and then place your bid.

You will need to click on the individual item
number to view the details of that auction and to place your bid. Here you will find all the information about this auction.
This will include information such as number of yards on the bolt, the regular retail selling price per yard, the manufacturer of the fabric., the collection or theme it follows,
etc. If you have any questions about an auction please email the owner
of that auction (you can do so by clicking on the owners name found on
each auction).

It is highly recommended that you read
over all sales, payment and shipping terms and conditions before you
place your bid. Some items may not be returnable, but please note by
bidding, you are legally bind to purchase the item if you are the
winning bidder.
6) Completing
the Transaction: Once an auction closes an email will be sent
to the winning bidder containing contact information for the seller. If
you are the winning bidder you should immediately contact the seller to
arrange for payment and delivery of the item. The seller may also
contact you via the contact information you provided upon registration.
7) Leaving
Feedback: You should always leave feedback on the seller
after completing a transaction. This lets other users know what to
expect from the seller, whether that be good or bad. You can reach the
feedback form by clicking on the Leave Feedback on Seller link on the item detail page. Please
restrain from using foul or obscene language, as other users may be
offended, Inappropriate feedback will be deleted.

All transactions in the selling and
or purchasing of auction items are solely between the auction item owner
and the bidder. Auctionfabric.com is not responsible for the validly of
the auction items offered for auction by an auctioneer or the completion
of the purchase by the winning bidder. All disputes are between the
auction item owner and the bidder. Auctionfabric.com has no legal
obligation in the completion of any auction sale or purchase.
