Bidding |
| |
1. |
Once you have an
active account, you are ready to bid. Simply navigate to the
auction you want to bid on via the category listings or using the search
features, and then place your bid. |
| |
2. |
Note the type of
auction that you are bidding on. Standard or Multiple Item
auctions work differently. It is advised you review the help function listed on each auction for further details. When bidding on a Standard auction you may see that the auction owner has set a reserve price. This is the lowest price that the auction owner will allow this auction to sell for. If the reserve price has not been reach by the time the auction closes, the auction will not sell. If you are the current high bidder and it has not met the reserve, you may rebid at an amount high enough to meet the reserve before the auction closes to insure that you will be able to purchase this auction. You may rebid as often as you want on any auction. Please review the help box dealing with Proxy Bidding. |
| |
3. |
It is highly
recommended that you read over all sale, payment and shipping terms and
conditions before you place your bid. Some items may not be
returnable, but please note that by bidding, you are legally bind to
purchasing the item if you are the winning bidder. |
| |
Completing
the Transaction |
| |
1. |
Once an auction
closes an email will be sent to the auction owner and the winning bidder containing contact information for each other. The owner of the auction will contact you to arrange for payment and delivery of the auction items. If you do not receive an email from the auction owner within 2 days, please contact the owner via the link provided. Remember you are bound by the conditions of the user agreement. |
| |
Leaving Feedback |
| |
1. |
You should always
leave feedback on the seller after completing a transaction. This
lets other users know what to expect from the seller, whether that be good
or bad. You can reach the feedback form by clicking on the Leave
Feedback on Seller link on the item detail page. Please restrain
from using foul or obscene language, as other users may be offended.
Inappropriate feedback will be deleted. |

Auction Dollars |
| |
1. |
From time to time you can win auction dollars along with the auction you are bidding on. If there are auction dollars awarded you will find them in the discription box of the auction. To win the FREE Auction Dollars you must be the winning bidder on that auction. You can use the free auction dollars to help purchase that auction or use them on another auction or save them and put them with other winning auction dollars for future purchases. When you are using auction dollars please tell the auction owner (Auctioneer) when you are completing your purchase. The auctioneer will validate your auction dollars amount with the auctionfabric.com administrator and deduct that amount from the purchase price. |
