User Agreement
The text below is our user site agreement. These are the terms and conditions
required for access to our site to become an auctioneer or registered bidder so that you may place bids and signing up to receive our newsletter. Please read completely before deciding to
agree or disagree with these terms.
Welcome to Auctionfabric.com. The following is our user agreement. Please read carefully and fully understand all conditions
before agreeing to our terms.
1. You must be a registered user to receive our newsletter and or bid on our auctions. You will be prompted to register before you place a bid. Your registration information will be kept secure by Auctionfabric.com and never sold or used outside of this web site without your permission.
2.Your bid is a contract. Only place a bid if you are serious and willing to purchase the item for the amount of your bid. If you are the winning bidder, you are entered into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the Auction Owner.
3. If you are the winning bidder you will be sent an email with the owners contact information where you will be able to complete your purchase. You are required to complete your purchases within two (2) days from the close of the auctions and receiving your email notification.
4. You agree to review all conditions of each auction before you bid. You will be obligated to complete the purchase of each auction you are the successful bidder on as outline in #3.
5. You are bidding on the complete auction unless instructed differently in the description box. The amount of yards, manufacturer, collection (if possible) and other information useful to this auction will be posted in the description box.
6. The content of this site is under the copyright 2001-07 Auctionfabric.com and is for the sole use by registered users of Auctionfabric.com. The Auctionfabric.com Message Base system is for Auctionfabric.com related business and communications only. Advertising and or soliciting through the message base system is strictly forbidden.
7. Please Note: All transactions in the selling and or purchasing of auction items are solely between the auction item owner and the bidder. Auctionfabric.com is not responsible for the validly of the auction items offered for auction by an auctioneer or the completion of the purchase by the winning bidder. All disputes are between the auction item owner and the bidder. Auctionfabric.com has no legal obligation in the completion of any auction sale or purchase.
8. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you will be obligated to follow them at all times. Any misuse of the Auctionfabric.com web site will constitute you being blocked access to the web site. All final decisions are by the Auctionfabric.com Administrator. You hereby acknowledge that you have read and understand the foregoing Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
